I built four houses during the years, from 1986 to 2012

 

For each house, a team of framers built the framing in 3 weeks from my design.  I built the rest of the house, including the electrical, heating and mechanical.  Each house is Energy efficient and ecological, it is heated by the sun and a wood furnace.

The house in Cap Pelé

Built in 2012, this house is heated by the Sun and 2-3 cords of firewood per year.  13 Kw of solar collectors were installed in 2018 to supply the electricity for the house and the electric car.  The house is situated on the shore of the Northernberland Straight with a magnificent view from the tower.
